Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 3 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Add the broccoli, onion, vegetable broth, carrots, garlic, salt, and black pepper to the crock pot.
