A delicious and creamy dip inspired by the classic Caprese salad, perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Fold in the mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, basil, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
  5. Serve with crackers or bread.

Notes

  • This dip can be made a few hours in advance and chilled before serving.
  • For a spicy kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
