A festive and delicious cranberry pineapple cheeseball that’s perfect for holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • 1/4 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese.
  2. Add the chopped dried cranberries, crushed pineapple, chopped green onions, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow it to firm up.
  4. Once chilled, roll the cheeseball in chopped pecans until fully coated.
  5. Serve with crackers or fresh fruit.

Notes

  • For a sweeter flavor, add a tablespoon of honey to the cheeseball mixture.
  • Can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
