Delicious and easy Crockpot Buffalo Ranch Chicken, perfect for a weeknight dinner or game day!

  • 2 pounds chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. Pour the ranch seasoning, buffalo sauce, chicken broth, and garlic powder over the chicken.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  4. Shred the chicken with two forks and mix well with the sauce.
  5. Serve on buns, over rice, or just on its own!

Notes

  • This dish can also be served with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.
  • Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
