This Crockpot Cranberry Chicken Thighs recipe is an easy and flavorful dish that combines tender chicken thighs with a sweet and tangy cranberry sauce.

  • 4 boneless chicken thighs
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place chicken thighs in the crockpot.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together cranberry sauce, onion, soy sauce, garlic, and black pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken thighs.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4 hours until chicken is cooked through.
  5. Serve over rice or with vegetables.

Notes

  • For a thicker sauce, remove the chicken towards the end of cooking and reduce the sauce on the stovetop.
