1 chuck roast
34 potatoes, cut into chunks
34 carrots, sliced
1 onion, chopped
34 cloves garlic, minced
23 cups beef broth
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
12 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Season the chuck roast generously with salt and pepper. Place it in the crockpot.
  • Add the potatoes, carrots, onion, and minced garlic around the roast.
  • Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4–5 hours, until the beef is fall-apart tender.
  • Once cooked, shred the beef directly in the crockpot and mix it with the vegetables and juices.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
  • Cover for a few minutes until the cheese is fully melted.

 

  • Serve warm and spoon extra juices over each portion if desired.
