- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup kalamata olives
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, oregano, and basil.
- Place the chicken in the slow cooker and add the cherry tomatoes, olives, onion, and garlic.
- Pour the olive oil and chicken broth over the top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
