  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken thighs in the crockpot.
  2. In a bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, ketchup, garlic, rice vinegar, ginger, and black pepper.
