  • 1 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Pour the sauce over the chicken in the crockpot.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
