A simple and delicious way to enjoy stuffed cabbage rolls without all the hassle!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 head cabbage, cored
  • 2 cups tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground beef, rice, onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Separate cabbage leaves and fill each leaf with the beef mixture. Roll tightly and tuck in the sides.
  3. Place some cabbage leaves in the bottom of the slow cooker. Layer stuffed cabbage rolls on top.
  4. Pour diced tomatoes and tomato sauce over the top.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the cabbage is tender.

Notes

  • For a spicy kick, add crushed red pepper flakes.
  • You can substitute ground turkey for a healthier option.
