- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 head cabbage, cored
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, rice, onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Separate cabbage leaves and fill each leaf with the beef mixture. Roll tightly and tuck in the sides.
- Place some cabbage leaves in the bottom of the slow cooker. Layer stuffed cabbage rolls on top.
- Pour diced tomatoes and tomato sauce over the top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the cabbage is tender.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, add crushed red pepper flakes.
- You can substitute ground turkey for a healthier option.
