  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss green beans with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the green beans in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 15-20 minutes until tender and slightly crispy.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  6. Return to the oven for an additional 2-3 minutes to melt the cheese.
