This hearty and flavorful Hot Dog Chili is perfect for topping your favorite hot dogs or serving on its own.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion and garlic; cook until softened.
  3. Stir in the tomato sauce, kidney beans, chili powder, cumin, paprika, and salt.
  4. Simmer for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Serve hot over hot dogs or as a standalone dish.
