Delicious and easy-to-make sourdough popovers using sourdough discard.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup sourdough starter (discard)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, eggs, sourdough starter, salt, and melted butter until smooth.
  3. Fill greased popover pans with the batter.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and puffed.
  5. Serve immediately for best texture.
