This Spicy Honey-Garlic Shrimp & Broccoli Stir-Fry is a quick and delicious meal packed with flavor and nutrients.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add the broccoli and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Mix honey, soy sauce, and sriracha in a bowl, then pour over the shrimp and broccoli.
  6. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, tossing everything together.
  7. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.

Notes

  • For extra heat, add more sriracha.
