A delicious and flavorful Thai dish featuring chicken in a creamy peanut sauce.

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger until smooth.
  2. In a skillet, cook the diced chicken over medium heat until browned and cooked through.
  3. Pour the peanut sauce over the chicken, stirring to coat evenly.
  4. Simmer for 5 minutes until heated through.
  5. Garnish with chopped peanuts and green onions before serving.
