This Tropical Jalapeño Pineapple Cream Cheese Log is a deliciously sweet and spicy appetizer that pairs perfectly with crackers or veggies.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/4 cup jalapeños, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup pecans, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, crushed pineapple, jalapeños, green onions, lime juice, and garlic powder.
  2. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into a log shape.
  4. Roll the log in chopped pecans and shredded coconut.
  5. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  6. Slice and serve with crackers or veggies.
