  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Add onions and garlic; sauté until translucent.
  4. Stir in the diced potatoes, beef broth, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for about 20 minutes until potatoes are tender.
