  • 3 cups shredded cooked chicken Rotisserie chicken is recommended
  • 1 jar Alfredo sauce 15 ounce
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup frozen peas No need to thaw
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 bag frozen tater tots 32 ounce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, sour cream, frozen peas, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well combined.
  • Spread the chicken mixture evenly in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Arrange tater tots in a single layer over the chicken mixture.
  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the tater tots.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until tater tots are golden brown and crispy, and the casserole is bubbly.
  • Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For best texture when reheating leftovers, warm in a 350°F (175°C) oven on a baking sheet until heated through to maintain crispy tater tots.
