Garlic Baked Brie

This Garlic Baked Brie recipe is incredibly easy to make, takes under 30 minutes, and is a crowd-pleasing appetizer that feels fancy but requires minimal effort.

  • Oven-safe dish Should be slightly larger than the brie wheel.
  • Small skillet A small saucepan also works.

  • 1 wheel brie cheese 8 ounce
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon fresh chopped parsley

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Place the entire brie wheel in a small oven-safe dish that is just a bit bigger than the brie.
  • In a small skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to let it brown.

  • Carefully pour the garlic-infused butter over the top of the brie wheel.

  • Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and a pinch of black pepper.

  • Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the brie is soft and melty in the center and oozing slightly.
  • Remove from oven, sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley, and serve warm.

Notes

The rind of the brie is edible and delicious. For serving suggestions, consider crusty bread, crackers, apple slices, pear slices, grapes, or veggie sticks.
