Instructions
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat.
Add chicken and cook until browned on all sides.
Add bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms; cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Stir in garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Pour in chicken broth, bring to a simmer, and reduce heat to low.
Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
Serve immediately.
Notes
For extra richness, you can add a splash of heavy cream at the end. Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
