A quick and easy chip dip made with just three ingredients: sour cream, cottage cheese, and onion soup mix. It's a crowd-pleasing appetizer that can be made in under 5 minutes.

  • 8 oz Cottage Cheese adds creaminess and protein
  • 1 oz Onion Soup Mix one envelope, for savory flavor

Instructions
 

  • Gather your ingredients: Grab your bowl, your sour cream, cottage cheese, and that envelope of onion soup mix.
  • Combine everything: Plop the sour cream and cottage cheese right into the bowl. Then, tear open that onion soup mix and pour it right on top.
  • Stir it up: Now, grab a spoon or a spatula and give it a good stir. Keep stirring until everything is beautifully combined and there are no dry pockets of soup mix left.
  • Chill out: Cover your bowl and pop it into the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  • Serve and enjoy: Grab your favorite chips, crackers, or veggie sticks, and dive in!

Notes

This dip can be made a day in advance and tastes even better as it sits. It stays fresh in the refrigerator for 3-4 days when stored in an airtight container. Freezing is not recommended.
