3-Ingredient Crunch Bars - 2 cups chocolate chips 1 cup peanut butter 3 cups Rice Krispies

  • 9x13 inch baking pan or similar sized pan
  • Microwave-safe bowl
  • Spatula

Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients

  • 3 cups Rice Krispies cereal

Wet Ingredients

  • 2 cups Chocolate chips semi-sweet or milk chocolate
  • 1 cup Peanut butter creamy or crunchy

Instructions
 

  • Line a 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides to lift out the finished bars.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and peanut butter.
  • Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until melted and smooth.
  • Stir in the Rice Krispies cereal until evenly coated.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and press firmly and evenly into the pan.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the bars to set.
  • Once set, lift the bars out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang.
  • Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

Store leftover bars in an airtight container at room temperature.
