Peanut butter
creamy or crunchy
Instructions
Line a 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides to lift out the finished bars.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and peanut butter.
Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until melted and smooth.
Stir in the Rice Krispies cereal until evenly coated.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and press firmly and evenly into the pan.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the bars to set.
Once set, lift the bars out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang.
Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
Store leftover bars in an airtight container at room temperature.
