Air Fried Bananas

  • Air Fryer Make sure your air fryer is preheated.

  • 2 Bananas Bananas Ripe bananas are best.

Spices & Sweetener

  • 1 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 0.25 tsp Nutmeg

Dairy

  • 2 tbsp Butter Melted

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 370°F (190°C).
  • Peel the bananas and slice them lengthwise.
  • In a bowl, combine the brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  • Melt the butter and add it to the spice mixture.
  • Toss the banana slices in the butter and spice mixture until evenly coated.
  • Arrange the banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry for 5-7 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and caramelized.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For extra sweetness, you can add a drizzle of honey or maple syrup after cooking.
