Instructions
Slice onions into 1/2-inch thick rings. Separate the rings.
In a bowl, whisk together flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs.
Dip each onion ring in the flour mixture, then into the egg, and finally coat thoroughly with breadcrumbs.
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Arrange onion rings in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
For extra crispy onion rings, you can double bread them. Adjust cooking time depending on your air fryer and desired crispiness.
