Zucchini

Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Wash and trim the zucchini, then slice into 1/8-inch thick rounds.
In a bowl, toss the zucchini slices with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and paprika.
Arrange zucchini slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they don't overlap.
Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
Remove from air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For extra crispy chips, you can pat the zucchini slices dry with paper towels before seasoning.
