Ingredients
  

Zucchini

  • 2 medium zucchini washed and trimmed

Seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Wash and trim the zucchini, then slice into 1/8-inch thick rounds.
  • In a bowl, toss the zucchini slices with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • Arrange zucchini slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they don't overlap.
  • Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove from air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For extra crispy chips, you can pat the zucchini slices dry with paper towels before seasoning.
