Ingredients
  

Ground Beef Mixture

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp Ginger Minced
  • 1 clove Garlic Minced

Garnish and Assembly

  • 1 head Butter lettuce Leaves separated
  • 0.25 cup Chopped green onions
  • 2 tbsp Sesame seeds Toasted

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess fat.
  • Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, minced ginger, and minced garlic to the skillet. Stir to combine.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened slightly.
  • Remove from heat and set aside.
  • Prepare the lettuce leaves by separating them and washing them thoroughly.
  • To assemble, spoon the ground beef mixture into each lettuce leaf.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the ground beef mixture.
