Ingredients

jar
marinara or spaghetti sauce
24 oz jar

salt

cream cheese
softened
1
lb
ground beef
2
cloves
garlic
minced

tsp
Italian seasoning

cups
shredded mozzarella cheese

cup
grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh parsley
for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.
Add minced garlic and Italian seasoning to the skillet; cook for 1 minute more.
Stir in the softened cream cheese and marinara sauce until melted and combined.
Add the cooked spaghetti to the sauce mixture and stir to coat.
Pour the spaghetti mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and heated through.
Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, and serve hot.
Notes
For a spicier casserole, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce.
