Trout and Seasoning

Rainbow Trout Fillets

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place trout fillets in a baking dish.
Drizzle olive oil over the fillets.
Season with black pepper.
Top each fillet with lemon slices and minced garlic.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, you can marinate the trout in lemon juice and garlic for 30 minutes before baking.
