Baked Zucchini and Cheese

A simple and delicious baked zucchini recipe with cheese.

Equipment

  • Baking dish 9x13 inch baking dish

Ingredients
  

Zucchini

  • 2 medium zucchini sliced lengthwise
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Cheese and other

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 /2 cup
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Slice zucchini lengthwise and season with salt and pepper.
  • Melt butter and mix with Italian seasoning.
  • Arrange zucchini slices in a baking dish.
  • Pour melted butter mixture over zucchini.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the zucchini.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until zucchini is tender and cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes

You can add other cheeses or vegetables as desired.
