Zucchini

sliced lengthwise

Cheese and other

shredded mozzarella cheese

Italian seasoning
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Slice zucchini lengthwise and season with salt and pepper.
Melt butter and mix with Italian seasoning.
Arrange zucchini slices in a baking dish.
Pour melted butter mixture over zucchini.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the zucchini.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until zucchini is tender and cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
You can add other cheeses or vegetables as desired.
