A wok is ideal, but a large skillet will work.
Ingredients
Beef and Marinade
250

Beef sirloin
Thinly sliced

Soy sauce

Cornstarch

Sesame oil
Vegetables and Sauce

Large onions
Thinly sliced

Vegetable oil

tbsp
Oyster sauce

Brown sugar
Instructions
In a bowl, combine the beef, soy sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
Add the sliced onions and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until softened.
Add the marinated beef to the wok and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes, until browned.
Stir in the oyster sauce and brown sugar. Cook for another minute until the sauce thickens.
Serve hot over rice or noodles.
Notes
Adjust the amount of soy sauce and brown sugar to your taste.
