Ingredients
  

Vegetables

  • 2 lbs Roma tomatoes Ripe and juicy
  • 1 White onion Finely chopped
  • 1 cup Cilantro Freshly chopped
  • 1 Jalapeno pepper seeded and minced (adjust to taste)

Seasoning

  • 2 tbsp Lime juice Freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp Salt To taste
  • 1 tsp Black pepper Freshly ground

Instructions
 

  • Dice the tomatoes, onion, cilantro, and jalapeno.
  • Combine all the diced vegetables in a mixing bowl.
  • Add the lime juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Gently mix all ingredients together.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Add more lime juice, salt, or jalapeno for extra flavor.
  • Let the salsa sit for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  • Serve with tortilla chips or your favorite dish.

Notes

For a spicier salsa, add more jalapeno or a pinch of cayenne pepper.
