Broccoli Mixture

Instructions
Combine the steamed broccoli, cheddar cheese, egg, and flour in a large bowl. Mix well.
In a separate bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Form the broccoli mixture into small patties (about 1/2 inch thick).
Roll each patty in the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring they are fully coated.
Heat a tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and heated through.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of onion powder or Parmesan cheese.
