CAJUN STEAK TIPS IN CHEESY RIGATONI PARMESAN SAUCE

Ingredients
  

Steak Tips

  • 1 lb Sirloin steak tips Cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

Pasta and Sauce

  • 1 lb Rigatoni pasta
  • 2 cups Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese Grated
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced

Instructions
 

  • Season steak tips generously with Cajun seasoning.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak tips until browned on all sides.
  • Cook rigatoni according to package directions.
  • While pasta cooks, melt butter in the same skillet. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  • Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat and stir in parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  • Add cooked steak tips to the sauce and toss to coat.
  • Drain pasta and add it to the skillet with the steak tips and sauce. Toss to combine.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce.
