Ingredients
Steak Tips

Sirloin steak tips
Cut into 1-inch pieces

Cajun seasoning

tbsp
Olive oil
Pasta and Sauce

Rigatoni pasta
2
cups
Heavy cream
1
cup
Parmesan cheese
Grated
2
cloves
Garlic
Minced
Instructions
Season steak tips generously with Cajun seasoning.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak tips until browned on all sides.
Cook rigatoni according to package directions.
While pasta cooks, melt butter in the same skillet. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat and stir in parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
Add cooked steak tips to the sauce and toss to coat.
Drain pasta and add it to the skillet with the steak tips and sauce. Toss to combine.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce.
