Ingredients
  

Tortellini and Sauce

  • 1 package cheese tortellini (9 oz) fresh or frozen
  • 1 jar pizza sauce (24 oz)

Cheese and Toppings

  • 1 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Italian cheese blend optional
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning optional
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder optional
  • 0.25 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional, for heat
  • Fresh basil or parsley optional, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook tortellini according to package directions. Drain well.
  • In a large bowl, combine cooked tortellini, pizza sauce, pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, and optional Italian cheese blend, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.
  • Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
  • Garnish with fresh basil or parsley before serving.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
