Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat; drain excess grease.
Add the diced onion and garlic powder to the beef and cook until softened.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef mixture, cream of mushroom soup, milk, ketchup, and mustard.
Stir in half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
Add the frozen french fries to the bowl and gently mix to combine.
Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly. Garnish with desired toppings before serving.
Notes
Optional toppings include diced pickles, chopped tomatoes, lettuce, or extra cheese.
