A fun twist on cheeseburgers using tortellini!

Small onion, diced

Garlic, minced

Bell pepper (any color), diced

Cheese tortellini (fresh or frozen)

Beef broth

Shredded cheddar cheese

Ketchup

tablespoon
Mustard

teaspoon
Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper

Instructions
Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.
Add the olive oil to the skillet, then sauté the onion, garlic, and bell pepper until softened.
In a separate pot, bring the beef broth to a boil. Add the cheese tortellini and cook according to package directions.
Stir in the ketchup, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce into the ground beef mixture.
Drain the tortellini, reserving about 1/2 cup of the cooking liquid if needed.
Add the cooked tortellini to the skillet with the ground beef mixture. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and combined.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add a little reserved cooking liquid if the sauce is too thick.
Serve immediately, topped with your favorite toppings such as diced tomatoes, pickles, or green onions.
