Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef (ing_4). Drain off any excess grease.
Add the chopped onion (ing_2) and minced garlic (ing_3) to the skillet and cook until softened.
Stir in the chopped cabbage (ing_1), diced tomatoes (ing_5), cooked rice (ing_6), Italian seasoning (ing_7), salt, and pepper.
Pour the beef broth (ing_9) into the skillet and bring to a simmer.
Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese (ing_8) evenly over the top.
Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until bubbly and heated through.
