Cheesy Chicken Broccoli Shells

  • 9x13 inch baking dish Or similar sized oven-safe dish
  • Large pot For boiling pasta

Ingredients
  

Pasta and Vegetables

  • 1 pound Shells pasta
  • 1 head Broccoli Cut into florets
  • 1 cup Chopped onion

Chicken and Cheese Sauce

  • 1.5 cups Cooked chicken Shredded or diced
  • 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  • Steam or microwave broccoli until tender-crisp. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, broccoli, and onion.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together cooked chicken, cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, milk, and garlic powder.
  • Pour the cheese sauce over the pasta mixture and stir to combine.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and heated through.

Notes

You can add other vegetables like peas or carrots. For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the cheese sauce.
