  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 15 ounce can nacho cheese sauce Heat according to can directions
  • 8 ounce container sour cream

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, toss diced potatoes with canola oil. Sprinkle in flour, cornstarch, taco seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Toss until evenly coated.

  • Spread seasoned potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Ensure they have space to roast and get crispy.
