large flour tortillas

Instructions
Sauté the chopped bell peppers in a large skillet over medium heat until slightly softened.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, bell peppers, black beans (if using), and corn (if using).
Stir in the ranch dressing, salt, and pepper.
Warm the flour tortillas according to package directions.
Spoon the chicken mixture onto the center of each tortilla.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Fold the sides of the tortillas inward, then roll up tightly.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
You can adjust the amount of ranch dressing and cheese to your liking.
