Ingredients
  

Chicken & Veggies

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 1 cup bell peppers chopped (any colors)
  • 1 can black beans drained (optional)
  • 0.5 cup corn (optional)

Sauce & Wrap

  • 0.5 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup cheese cheddar or your favorite
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 tsp salt to taste
  • 1 tsp pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Sauté the chopped bell peppers in a large skillet over medium heat until slightly softened.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, bell peppers, black beans (if using), and corn (if using).
  • Stir in the ranch dressing, salt, and pepper.
  • Warm the flour tortillas according to package directions.
  • Spoon the chicken mixture onto the center of each tortilla.
  • Sprinkle with cheese.
  • Fold the sides of the tortillas inward, then roll up tightly.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

You can adjust the amount of ranch dressing and cheese to your liking.
