Pasta and Sausage

chicken sausages
sliced into 1-inch pieces

pasta
any short pasta shape

olive oil

teaspoon
dried oregano
Instructions
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
While pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add chicken sausages and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
Stir in zucchini, tomatoes, and oregano. Cook until vegetables are tender-crisp, about 5-7 minutes.
Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine.
Serve immediately.
Notes
You can add other vegetables like bell peppers or spinach. Feel free to adjust seasonings to your taste.
