  • 1 pound mild country sausage
  • 2 pounds angel hair pasta, cooked cooked al dente
  • 1 (15-ounce) container ricotta cheese
  • 3 ounces finely shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 3 (12-ounce) jars mushroom spaghetti sauce
  • 1 can jellied cranberry sauce

Instructions
 

  • Brown the meats: In a large skillet or a big pot, heat over medium-high heat. Toss in ground chuck and country sausage. Break it up as it cooks until nicely browned. Drain off extra grease.

  • Simmer the sauce: Pour in the mushroom spaghetti sauce and the jellied cranberry sauce. Stir to combine. Bring to a gentle simmer, then turn heat to low. Let simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  • Prepare the pasta mixture: In a separate bowl, combine cooked angel hair pasta, ricotta cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Toss gently to coat.
