Notes

Tips for Success:
- Blend the cottage cheese thoroughly until completely free of curds before adding chunky bits.
- Chop pickles finely for best flavor and texture.
- Always give it a final taste and adjust seasonings (like salt, pepper, or more pickle juice/ranch) right before serving.
- This dip can be made ahead of time; flavors improve with chilling.
Substitutions & Additions:
- Plain Greek yogurt can be substituted for cottage cheese (texture will differ).
- Use about 1 teaspoon dried dill if fresh is unavailable.
- Any milk or even a splash of water can thin it out.
- Consider adding garlic powder, onion powder, hot sauce, cayenne pepper, chives, or parsley.
Storage:
- Transfer leftovers to an airtight container and keep in the refrigerator.
- Stays fresh for about 3 to 5 days.
- Give it a quick stir before serving again as it might separate slightly.
Serving Suggestions:
- Serve with fresh veggies (carrot sticks, celery, cucumber, bell peppers), crackers, pita chips, potato chips, toasted bread, or bagels.
