  • 1 tsp Onion powder Adds another layer of deliciousness.
  • 1.5 cups Alfredo sauce Store-bought is perfectly fine here!
  • 0.33 cup Dill pickles chopped. Don't skip these! They add that essential tangy zip that makes it taste like a real cheeseburger.
  • 8 oz Pasta Your favorite shape! Penne, rotini, or even spaghetti will work beautifully.
  • 0.5 tsp Smoked paprika A little secret weapon for that smoky, grilled burger flavor.
  • 1 tsp Salt To bring out all the amazing flavors.
  • 1 tsp Black pepper A classic pairing.
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil For getting our beef perfectly browned.
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded. Because what's a cheeseburger without cheddar?
  • 0.5 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded. For that glorious, melty stretch!

Instructions

  • Cook your pasta according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.
    1 lb Ground beef
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook, breaking it apart, until browned. Drain excess grease.
    1 lb Ground beef
  • Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for about a minute until fragrant.
    1 lb Ground beef
  • Pour in Alfredo sauce and stir with the beef mixture. Let it simmer gently.
    1 lb Ground beef
  • Stir in chopped dill pickles.
    1 lb Ground beef
  • Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until coated with the sauce.
    1 lb Ground beef
  • Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheeses over the top. Cover the skillet and let sit for 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
    1 lb Ground beef
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

Store any remaining pasta in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. When reheating, add a splash of milk or cream to loosen the sauce.
