Ingredients
Chicken & Seasoning

ranch seasoning mix

garlic powder

Breadcrumbs & Coating

panko breadcrumbs

grated Parmesan cheese
0.5
cup
unsalted butter
melted
to taste
salt and pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, combine the chicken strips, ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, and paprika. Season with salt and pepper.
In a separate bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
Dip each chicken strip in the melted butter, then dredge in the panko mixture, ensuring it's fully coated.
Arrange the coated chicken strips on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the breadcrumbs are golden brown and crispy.
Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra crispy chicken, broil for the last minute of cooking time. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
