Ingredients
  

Chicken & Seasoning

  • 2 large chicken breasts cut into strips
  • 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp paprika

Breadcrumbs & Coating

  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, combine the chicken strips, ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, and paprika. Season with salt and pepper.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
  • Dip each chicken strip in the melted butter, then dredge in the panko mixture, ensuring it's fully coated.
  • Arrange the coated chicken strips on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the breadcrumbs are golden brown and crispy.
  • Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra crispy chicken, broil for the last minute of cooking time. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
