Ingredients
  

Marinade

  • 1 lb Chicken Tenders
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano

Breading

  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs Panko recommended
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Dried Basil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper. Add chicken tenders and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  • In a separate bowl, combine breadcrumbs, garlic powder, and basil.
  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Remove chicken from marinade and dredge each tender in the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring it's fully coated.
  • Place breaded chicken tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and breadcrumbs are golden brown and crispy.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For extra crispy tenders, broil for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking time. Feel free to adjust the herbs and spices to your liking.
