Ingredients
  

Salmon

  • 1 pound Salmon fillet Cut into 1-inch bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Honey Garlic Sauce

  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together honey (ing_5), soy sauce (ing_6), garlic powder (ing_7), and ginger powder (ing_8) to make the honey garlic sauce.
  • In a separate bowl, toss salmon pieces (ing_1) with olive oil (ing_2), salt (ing_3), and pepper (ing_4).
  • Arrange salmon bites (ing_1) in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Pour honey garlic sauce over the salmon (ing_1), ensuring each piece is coated.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and slightly crispy.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For extra crispy salmon, broil for the last 2 minutes of cooking time. Adjust cooking time depending on the thickness of your salmon bites.
