Ingredients
  

Fritter Ingredients

  • 4 cups Shredded green cabbage
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Dip Ingredients

  • 1 head Garlic Roasted
  • 1 cup Plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roast the garlic head for 40 minutes, until soft.
  • Squeeze the roasted garlic cloves from their skins.
  • In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, flour, Parmesan cheese, egg, and salt.
  • Mix well to combine all ingredients.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat with oil.
  • Drop spoonfuls of the cabbage mixture into the hot skillet, flattening slightly.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.
  • Meanwhile, prepare the dip by combining the roasted garlic, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and salt in a small bowl. Mix well.

Notes

For extra crispy fritters, let them rest on a wire rack after cooking.
