Preheat to 375°F (190°C)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Lightly grease a 9-inch pie dish or oven-safe skillet with olive oil.
Sauté spinach in olive oil until wilted.
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
Stir in feta cheese, salt, and pepper.
Add the sautéed spinach and halved cherry tomatoes to the egg mixture.
Pour the mixture into the prepared dish.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the quiche is set and lightly golden brown.
Notes
Can be served warm or at room temperature. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
