  • Large skillet Non-stick preferred
  • Tortillas Corn or flour

Ingredients
  

Fish

  • 1 pound White fish fillets (cod, tilapia) Cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder

Cabbage Slaw

  • 2 cups Shredded cabbage
  • 1 2 Lime Juiced
  • 1 4 Cilantro Chopped
  • 12 Corn tortillas

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, toss the fish with olive oil and chili powder.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the fish and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  • While the fish cooks, prepare the slaw by combining the shredded cabbage, lime juice, and cilantro in a bowl.
  • Warm the tortillas according to package directions.
  • Assemble the tacos by placing the cooked fish in the tortillas.
  • Top with the cabbage slaw.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lime juice to the fish before serving. You can also add your favorite toppings, such as salsa, avocado, or shredded cheese.
